	Medical College or Medical University; specifically, an IT or IS Department staff such as a CIO, CTO, CSO, IT / IS Director or Manager
*the first 100 persons in this category to pre-register will also receive complimentary convention center parking onsite during the event day on Nov. 4th.

I am a staff person at:
	Healthcare Consultant, Solution Provider or Supplier Company
	Medical College or Medical University; specifically, not in the IT or IS department
	local city, state, or federal office that is involved in healthcare
